Personal Training & Development You will spend your days side-by-side with our team of 20+ elite, highly qualified instructors learning the trade from the ground up. Whether you are getting into a kayak for the very first time or taking your existing climbing skills and learning how to apply them as a high-level coach, we build your personal mastery first.
Real-World Work Experience (With Real Clients) This is what truly sets Dynamic Adventures apart. You cannot become a great instructor by practicing on your classmates.

Phase 1: Early in the course, you will shadow and assist our senior instructors with real, paying clients.

Phase 2: As your confidence and qualifications grow, we hand over the reins. You will step into leadership roles, managing groups under expert supervision.

World-Class Expeditions With permanent residential centers in Devon and North Wales, your training ground spans the best of British and European wilderness. We head to the Lake District, Scotland, the Peak District, South Wales, and Cornwall, alongside a legendary winter expedition to Poland.

Outdoor Instructor Training course fees cover: Everything

All Your accommodation for the whole year ! whether its in Devon, North Wales or Poland , scotland or the Lake district. All expeditions including foreign trips.
All expedition travel costs abroad and in the UK including trips to scotland, Poland and flights included.
All of your training by a team of 20 instructors . including experts in their field - including your certificated courses and assessments
Your activities insurance
All the equipment you will need for the whole year . Canoes , kayaks , SUPs , Wetsuits , BA , Climbing kit , Tents , stoves

The fees are split into 3 parts: a deposit to ensure your place, then two payments in September and December

Your Own Space: Every trainee gets their OWN private bedroom—no cramped dorms or shared bunk beds for the year.
